Soupmakesitbetter is an artist/ curator from Compton CA, raised in Houston Texas who has gotten recognition from a handful of respectable publications during his musical journey from “MTV News” to “Vogue Italia”.
From making relatable, heart felt music to being a curator of events, while having talents and skills ranging from art, photography, and fashion, Soup makes it known that he cannot be placed in one box but rather be acknowledged for his many talents.
Speaking on being a curator of events, back in 2022 Soup partnered with “Luv Fatz” a black owned vegan ice cream business based out of Austin Texas and created a limited edition flavor called “Vanilla Skies” which happens to be the title to his 2 track project released the same year consisting of titles “Palo Verde” & “Bubble Eye Lexus” that give the listener smooth raps over lofi instrumentals.
I first heard about Soup when he released his project titled “Peace aon Earth” the 7 track album that released on DSP's back in 2025, with standout records “Peace On Earth”, “Free Thinkers”, and my personal favorite “Curse Breakers”. This project is a eye opener for those who look beyond the vail.
Soup has been making major moves of late, coming off of his latest tour in Japan called “The Second Home Tour” that concluded June 28th.
Before going on tour Soup released a new album titled “Back To The People” where he is giving the music back to the people with a side of soup, broth & veggies. After the release of back to the people Soup kept his foot on the gas to release his most recent project titled “Second Home” check out what he has to offer by giving him a follow and staying in tune to his movement.
